Cameron has extensive experience in the delivery of Road, Earthworks, Drainage and Highway design projects in Planning, Concept, Preliminary and Detailed Design stages for State and local Governments across QLD and NT.
Cameron has proven experience in working with Austroads Design Standards and the accompanying supplementary documentation prepared by Local and State Governments. I am highly experienced in the use of 12d model, AutoCad, as well as the leadership qualities to complete projects within the timely manner.
Cameron is a dedicated downhill mountain biking enthusiast with a strong passion for their local community. When not tackling the toughest trails, he can be found organizing events, supporting local initiatives, and inspiring others to get involved in the sport. Cameron's commitment to both biking and community engagement has made them a beloved figure, known for bringing people together and fostering a shared sense of adventure and local pride.

Cameron has demonstrated experience in Roads & Highways design to Austroads and relevant local and state governement guide lines.

Cameron has a proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects of various scales, from concept development to completion. Our project management approach emphasizes clear communication, effective resource allocation, and timely delivery.

Cameron has demonstrated experience in design of stormwater networks using rational method calculations, 12d Drainage Network Design as well as stormwater network design with input from detailed flood modelling.

Cameron has demonstrated experience in bulk earthworks designs in a multitude of disciplines including mining, sub-division design and cut-fill balances for road projects.

Cameron has extensive experience with projects at both local & state government as well as engaging and maintaining multiple stakeholder relationships throughout the project life cycle.

Cameron has experience in spatial data analysis and presenting this information in an informative manner to guide decision makers on how to replace, remediate or remove local assets.

Cameron has extensive experience in the management and auditing of quality systems to the ISO9001 standard. Cameron is experienced in the development and continuous improvement of company procedures and has experience in assisting other businesses & local government to improve their own.

OTT is a rebranding of the work we were completing under HARO Civil Engineering but focusing purely on a supply and support of Design and Drafting services to Local government/TMR and Engineering companies across QLD.

Cameron’s role within Haro Civil Engineering encompasses the management and design of civil infrastructure projects As the 12D & CADD Systems manager it was his responsibility to ensure the compliance with our quality system. Furthermore Cameron was responsible for the development of HARO’s 12D and CADD systems to ensure that as a business, they were always utilising the most cost effective and innovative design tools available. Below is a brief overview of his project history whilst working at Haro Civil Engineering.
August 2017 – September 2019 (SMEC)
Developing and quantifying transport infrastructure design models in the strategic planning, concept, development, and implementation phases of an overarching framework for the delivery of projects. Managing and undertaking key components of the planning and design function for transport infrastructure projects to achieve successful completion within time, quality, cost and stakeholder expectations. Ensuring that planning and design principles are implemented in accordance with the relevant policies, standards, guidelines and legislation, and that quality management procedures are adhered to. Implementing the most suitable design process for project delivery, including investigating, analysing and conceptualising possible design options to meet project objectives. Providing technical advice and support in relation to planning and design processes for transport infrastructure projects. This can encompass corridor planning, program development, delivery and, finalisation. Development of effective relations with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address needs, expectations and issues that may affect the successful delivery of projects.
