OTT is a rebranding of the work we were completing under HARO Civil Engineering but focusing purely on a supply and support of Design and Drafting services to Local government/TMR and Engineering companies across QLD.

Cameron’s role within Haro Civil Engineering encompasses the management and design of civil infrastructure projects As the 12D & CADD Systems manager it was his responsibility to ensure the compliance with our quality system. Furthermore Cameron was responsible for the development of HARO’s 12D and CADD systems to ensure that as a business, they were always utilising the most cost effective and innovative design tools available. Below is a brief overview of his project history whilst working at Haro Civil Engineering.

Developing and quantifying transport infrastructure design models in the strategic planning, concept, development, and implementation phases of an overarching framework for the delivery of projects. Managing and undertaking key components of the planning and design function for transport infrastructure projects to achieve successful completion within time, quality, cost and stakeholder expectations. Ensuring that planning and design principles are implemented in accordance with the relevant policies, standards, guidelines and legislation, and that quality management procedures are adhered to. Implementing the most suitable design process for project delivery, including investigating, analysing and conceptualising possible design options to meet project objectives. Providing technical advice and support in relation to planning and design processes for transport infrastructure projects. This can encompass corridor planning, program development, delivery and, finalisation. Development of effective relations with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address needs, expectations and issues that may affect the successful delivery of projects.

 August 2016 – August 2017 (Transport & Main Roads)

• Carry out three-dimensional design models including roadworks, earthworks, drainage etc. using specialist computer design packages such as 12D, and AutoCAD 
• Produce planning and design scheme documentation in accordance with departmental standards, specifications, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct various design activities including hydraulic analyses, traffic analyses, the development of geometric configurations, the development of environmental and management measures for planning, design and construction phases
