: OTT Enterprises was engaged by TMR & Bing Projects to undertake the business case design of the Benaraby Road to Awonga Dam Road intersection upgrade for the business case stage of the project. This project entails the business case design of the first of five stages which includes the following; detailed design and documentation to TMR modelling and documentation standards, development of the multi criterion analysis to inform all stakeholders that the selected option is the best outcome for the project, development of quantity calculations to inform preliminary costings to a Business Case design level. This project is currently on-going with TMR however this project has been a key project for OTT Enterprises for fostering existing and new relationships with having already received great feedback from the client. Project Management Secondment, SHP Construction & Civil (Tow
OTT Enterprises was engaged by SHP Construction and Civil to provide project
management resources for their increasing workload with a vast array of client types which includes Defence, Local Government, Education Queensland and assorted private works.
OTT Enterprises was responsible for the development of project timelines, development of RFI processes to capture project decisions, maintaining of project documentation in
accordance with ISO9001 standard. OTT Enterprises has proved instrumental in improving and streamlining projects for SHP Construction & Civil to ensure consistent and positive
project outcomes.
This contract is still ongoing with the client and OTT Enterprises has received great feedback with the work we have done and continue to do with this high value client.
